The top floor has a master bedroom to the front, en-suite and dressing room to the rear.  There is also a study opening off the stair landing.

The first floor has a living room to the front,with a balcony giving fine sea views, three bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a family bathroom.

The ground floor has a generous entrance hall leading to a large ground floor living room at the back.  To the left of the hall is the kitchen with a seating or dining area to the front.  On the right hand side of the hall is a garage, cloaks cupboard, separate w.c., and, beyond the stair, a utility room with side door giving access to the garden.  There is also an internal window with abstract stained glass between the kitchen and the hall, helping to distribute light within the centre of the house.
